Thanks for your response. However, there is not much we can do. I already bought a new vehicle from a different Mazda dealer. I do know Classic Mazda has very good reputation with sales and the services dept. The only thing I want to point out of my unpleasant experience, specifically is the internet sales (Darius), not other salesperson. The way he did business is deceiving, tricky and not trust worthy. In year 2010, he quoted me a new vehicle via email, $21xxx, when I arrived, he said he cannot give me that price. The price is $22xxx, period. After 2 years, I thought I give Classic another chance. I am trying to get myself another Mazda, via internet, he responsed again and said he will beat any price from any dealer. However, when we arrived, same thing happened. He said the price from another dealer is bogus and gave me all kind of excuses. Made me feel I am the one who did wrong. If he claimed he is in this business for 8 years, if he knew the price is not true, why he continued to tell me via email he will beat that particular price by $200? He said he thought it was another model, the i model, but I made it so clear from the beginning to the last email confirmation, specifically with exact S model and package and exact price. He continued and said he has such and such color, just come. He was misleading and deceiving. Even Robby supported Darius' deceiving method! I understand there will not be any rebuke or disciplinary action, so we do not need to waste our time on this issue. While all other sales are extremely nice (I have friends bought 4 Mazdas from them in last year), and Classic provides excellent services at the Services dept., like I said before, the problem is just one specific sales person.
