Classic Mazda in Denton has courteous staff. We have used their services for several years and are very satisfied with the service. We also purchased one of our two Mazdas from Classic. They are prompt and I never feel pressured to buy any suggested items. When they did note a service that was critically needed, the pricing was competitive and reasonable. I was also offered a ride home if the work would take more than a few hours. If a service was needed soon , but not critical, I was able to assess that and schedule that service at my convenience. Had an issue and vehicle wouldn’t start. When I called and asked if they could fit me in the Service Advisor said “yeah I guess” then I got my service update at 11am and was asked to pay for When I called and asked if they could fit me in the Service Advisor said “yeah I guess” then I got my service update at 11am and was asked to pay for things that my service plan should cover so I called and they said they’ll leave a msg for her to call me back. I waited an hour and she didn’t. I called back and was told again they would leave her a msg to call me back - I told her that’s already been done and that person told me she will make sure my service advisor will call me back. I waited 2 hours and then called again. They said again they’ll leave a msg but I told them this would be the 3rd time. They asked me to hold again and left me on hold for 40 mins. I hung up and called back was on hold for 15 mins until I hung up and called back. I repeated that 3 times before the advisor actually got on the line with me. She kept telling me the balance will adjust but finally told me that it will be covered in my service plan. I missed a whole day of work because she didn’t get back to me after my vehicle was worked on and didn’t get back to me when I called. I didn’t get my car back until after 5 even though everything was ready around 11am. More
