I went in for a routine oil change and mentioned that I was hearing a noise from the engine area. The service team inspected the vehicle and recommended replacing the belt tensioner and both belts, saying was hearing a noise from the engine area. However, even after paying for the repair, the noise is still present and the problem has not been resolved. It is disappointing to spend money on recommended repairs and still have the same issue afterward. More
