Additionally, the video and explanation of the recommended services felt careless and rushed, as if there was no real effort to inform the customer properly. I went in for service with a RAV4 with 56,000 miles for an oil change and service. Zak was my service writer and he assured me the work would be completed on time and I explained to him twice I had people an oil change and service. Zak was my service writer and he assured me the work would be completed on time and I explained to him twice I had people waiting on me so we could leave for SA for the weekend... After 1.5 hours I asked Sebastian, another rep to check on my car as Zak was no where to be found. Same again at 2 hours and finally at 2.5 hours Zak delivered my car with never so much as an apology. I will be back to give them one more chance, but with a different service writer... More
