I took my car in for maintenance. An oil change and tire rotation were done. After the tire rotation, I told them that the steering wheel was crooked. I said it was fine when I dropped it off, but they told me it couldn’t be because of the rotation and charged me $130. I had only brought my car for an oil change, but they added extra charges. More

Had a fantastic experience working with the Toyota of North Austin team! Anthony Avera, was my sales agent, and I couldn’t say enough good things about him. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and you co North Austin team! Anthony Avera, was my sales agent, and I couldn’t say enough good things about him. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and you could tell he actually cared about making a fair deal for both parties. Efren pulido, did the finance portion of the deal and I really enjoyed speaking with him. He was super thorough in explaining everything and took extra time to make sure I understood every aspect. You can tell Anthony and Efren take pride in their work and honor the Toyota North Austin name in doing so. Lastly, wanted to shout out the director, Neal Slocombe.
