Really felt like we were taken advantage of when we went to finance with Dwayne (I believe that was his name. He was an ex police officer). He added numerous things to the contract, and tried to skip by the to finance with Dwayne (I believe that was his name. He was an ex police officer). He added numerous things to the contract, and tried to skip by them during signing. When asked about them he would say some things (example: LoJack) were not removable from the contract. I honestly did not feel like he was doing anything other than trying to get as much money as possibly from us. Very frustrated with the way the contract signing went. We arrived at home on the next day and truly regretted the purchase. We ended up getting a $6,700 extended warranty that we did not want, due to his pushiness and questioning when we turned things down. I will not be recommending Foundation to anyone nor will I ever return. We left their paying nearly 10k more then had planned too. Definitely on us for not standing up for ourselves, but we wish a dealership felt more like a place where they are trying to help you get in a vehicle that suites you and your budget. Instead it felt like a scam. More

Communication is TERRIBLE! I took my jeep in over 4 weeks ago for recall. I was told to get my jeep that they ordered parts & it should be 3-5 days & they would call me.
