I purchased a 2018 RAM 2500 from Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine, TX on November 7, 2024, with 105,192 miles. At the dealership, I was forced to sign a document claiming the truck was inspected and in good condition, and salespeople assured me everything was “fully operational.” That was completely false. Shortly after driving home, multiple warning lights and sensors activated, including a defective ABS system, and none of these issues were ever addressed. Now, with only 108,866 miles, a mechanic has confirmed the transmission must be replaced, costing over $10,000. The mechanic even stated that the powertrain warranty sold by Grubbs is the worst he has ever seen, covering only $3,000, nowhere near the cost of the repair. This is in addition to the unresolved warning lights and sensor problems. I’ve also invested in modifications and other expenses for the truck that I may never recover. I have made repeated attempts to contact the sales reps and service department, but they have ignored my calls, refused accountability, and essentially ghosted me after the sale. Grubbs Infiniti embodies everything a buyer should avoid: misrepresentation, ignored defects, pushy sales tactics, worthless warranties, and terrible customer service. They are more than willing to take your money, but the moment you uncover the truth, they vanish. Avoid Grubbs Infiniti at all costs. Customer service at this dealership was really poor today. I had to wait 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, although the lady after me was acknowledged and assisted her immediately. I had a scheduled appointment, and was told two hours wait. After asking several questions regarding my appointment and wait time Jade seemed irritated that I had questions and had a very nasty attitude. I requested to speak with a manager. Seth assisted and was professional, but I will no longer visit the dealership for my repairs as I feel that it was racial discrimination from Jade. I have been a customer since 2018. More

Turns out my experience wasn't near as good as I thought, since we just discovered my tires were NOT, in fact, rotated AT ALL even though I was told they were and it shows on my receipt they said they did. I was lied to and that's incredibly disappointing. I trusted these guys to do what they said they'd do, but clearly thats not the case. If I can't trust you with the portion of the service call that is free of charge, how can I ever trust you when I have a chargeable problem? My husband suspects it’s because I’m a woman and they assume I’ll believe whatever they tell me. I'll be going to another Infiniti dealership for my service appts from now on. This episode falls in line with the same as my purchase experience of the Infiniti that was terrible as well. I’ll be removing my glowing review which I joyfully submitted the day of service, only to realize later I was duped. Do better Grubbs Infiniti. Do better. More

Scott was so incredibly efficient and helpful and very patient to stay so friendly as he answered all my silly questions!! He immediately put me at ease and explained everything that would be done and how long it would take. Then he personally walked me to the visitor lounge area so I could set up my laptop to get a little work done while I waited. Outstanding customer service from Scott! I requested to have him assigned as my service advisor going forward. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience - he's a rock star! ⭐️ More
