The WORST customer service experience EVER! I recently purchased an Infiniti from Grubbs Infiniti and all was great until it came to receiving my new permanent license plates. As it was expl I recently purchased an Infiniti from Grubbs Infiniti and all was great until it came to receiving my new permanent license plates. As it was explained to me, when ones permanent plates arrive at the dealership the sales person who sold one a new car is informed of the arrival of the plates, so that they can contact the owner to arrange for the plates to be installed. At the time of my purchase I informed our salesman, Brendon Porter, that I was about to move and provided him with my new address. Since I live 3 hours away from the dealership he told me that as soon as they came in he would have them sent OVERNIGHT to my new address. My plates were delivered to Grubbs Infiniti on May 6th, but my salesman, Brendon Porter, failed to contact me. As my temporary plates were about to expire, I attempted to call my salesman, Brendon Porter, to find out what was happening with my new plates. He did not answer my calls (yes, more than one call). I finally gave up on contacting Brendon Porter and called the Grubbs Infiniti Dealership to inquire about my license plates. I was informed that my plates had indeed arrived and were there waiting for me. I explained that my salesman had told me that he would have them sent overnight to me and requested that this be done. The person I spoke with agreed to do this. Upon calling Grubbs today I discovered that my salesman, Brendon Porter, failed to update my address into my file and my license plates were sent to my old address. I spoke with Brendon Porter the day that my plates were sent out and he told me that my plates had just come in that day, which I knew was not true (how could he have just rceived them if they were already on their way to the wrong address?) Today, I again spoke with Brendon Porter about this mix up and he proceeded to give me attitude and continued to try to cover his tracks by giving me false information. To me, this is unacceptable! At this time my license plates are sitting on a doorstep 75 miles away. My temporary tags have expired and I am unable to drive my car. I will never purchase another car from the Grubbs family of dealerships, nor would I recommend them to any one else. More

I am disabled, and making the trip is a little difficult. Dealt with Brad Ogle in service, and when i took it back the second time, I asked that they do an oil change "on the house" for my trouble. He said no problem. The work was completed, oil change also, in about an hour. EXCELLENT service! More

The new dealership is state of the art and doesn't even feel like your in a dealership. It is simply a work of art from the service team and all the sales and finance staff, I say Wow!! This is my second Infiniti from this dealership and already preparing for my third. I have recommended many people to the Grubbs team and they have said it was a very positive experience. Dig it the most!! More

It was closing time, my husband wanted to wait until the next morning to sign, yet they wouldn't let him leave without signing the contract. They still even had all his personal belongings in his trade in when he left, we had to go back the next day to get personal property. Horrible, unethical people at Grubbs. Tried to get truck back and Wes Hayes said the numbers couldn't be worked out. Asked to speak with owner George Grubbs and were told he was on vacation. More

I received an e-mail out of the blue regarding car service I didn't have which made me think my identity/credit had been compromised. After one quick call to Mary, in less than a hour the situation was rectified. If you are anywhere near this dealership buy a car from them. Mary is one of the most professional people in the auto industry I have ever interacted with in 25 years of buying cars. My guess is she is a reflection of the dealership as the Service Manager is where the tire hits the road... sorry for the bad pun but it is true. Huge thanks go out to Mary and the lady who answered the dealership phone - she was the one who directed me to Mary and made sure this stressful issue was taken care of very quickly. More

If I can put it in words he did not sell me a car, he helped me buy the car that was right for me. Brent Saulters picked up the excellent service gauntlet so I was not disappointed like I have been in the past when I went to the finance department. Just a unique experience that actually made spending enjoyable. I may have been at the dealership for as long as the other times I have purchased a car but something about the ambiance in the building made me actually enjoy the wait. I take my hat off to Grubbs Infiniti. Great experience, Great deal on the car and Great job Grubbs! I will refer as many people that I can. Thank you.. More
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Leased over 8 years of Crest Infiniti without a single incident. Thought we tried Grubbs but turned out to be the worst Infinity dealer ever! Rodney Leased over 8 years of Crest Infiniti without a single incident. Thought we tried Grubbs but turned out to be the worst Infinity dealer ever! Rodney Vega and Wes Hayes promised to get my issues resolved but after numerous phone calls, voice mails and emails, neither one has the courtesy to return my calls or emails for over 2 months. Now I am stuck with a Grubbs Infiniti lease that I ABSOLUTELY HATED for the next 3 years!!! They are fair when getting into their vehicle but have NO customer relation skills when dealing with customer's complaints. Had filled 2 formal complaints with Infiniti Financials and Infiniti Relations. The sad part is that these 2 entities took Grubbs' words over the customer's complaint - Basically there's nothing they can do because all dealers are independently owned and operated! So why would they have this complaint department when they knew that there's nothing could be done!?!? This IS the LAST Infiniti vehicle I will ever get into! Acura and Lexus would be my choice from here on. Thanks for NOTHING Grubbs Infiniti!!! More
