At the first call, I asked if the car was leaking any oil. I was told 'no', this car doesn't have any major issues, our service department checks them out before we put on the lot for sale. I paid them oil. I was told 'no', this car doesn't have any major issues, our service department checks them out before we put on the lot for sale. I paid them $10,000+ for a 2002 Pontiac TransAM. Before I even left the lot I got in the car ready to drive off and when closing the door it sounded like the window was hitting the frame which i didn't notice on the test drive, I'm usually pretty gentle with doors. Bobby told me I could bring it back and they would check it, was probably a clip. I agreed and went ahead and drove the car home. The very next day I noticed the Service Engine light was on, meaning the car won't even pass inspection. I brought the car right back and instead of handling it, they sent me to Freeman Buick/Pontiac because I guess they serviced a Service Engine light prior to the sale. I dropped off the car at Freeman and they found out the Catalytic converter, thank goodness it was under warranty so I got 2 new ones. At the same time i asked Freeman to check the power steering because it sounded like it was going out. He opened the cover to the reservoir and it was overfilled. So, power steering unit was ruined. What mechanic doesn't know that? I even know overfilling is just as bad as under-filling the reservoir. I called and left at least 7 messages over a week and a half before Bobby at Grubbs returned my call. They refused to give me a loner car even though it was their Service Department who made the mistake. They finally put in another power steering pump and I drove off and noticed the sound was still there. I called Bobby back again for over a week before call was returned. I brought the car back in after weeks and they determined the part was defective. They gave me some bologna about their service dept would call me when ready to bring in. It took over a month. During that time I noticed there were drops of fluid on my garage floor, I hadn't noticed before because my car is always on top of it but one day had car in driveway and that's when I noticed it. When I finally brought the car back to Grubbs to get a good power steering pump I told them to check the oil too because I saw drops on my garage floor. They replaced the power steering pump and put the worn bad belt on it so as soon as I left I heard the belt noise and immediately brought it back to Grubbs within 5 minutes. I had to leave the car overnight again so they could change a belt which took 2 days!!! Ridiculous, I could have done it myself in 15 minutes. I also had them look at the door I had originally complained about and told them it looked like someone poured glue down there. I told him to have the service guy look for my oil leak as long as they had the car as well. This time they did give me a loner car because it was the Service Dept's mistake. Well wasn't it all along to begin with? I think so! I picked up the car 2 days and the belt was fine now. Why does it take 2 days to put on a belt???? For the door, they just put more silicone in it... geeze, should have been replaced completely... They said I was leaking oil at the oil filter and to take it back to oil change place which I did immediately. I got down in their pit and the oil filter was flush up against where it is supposed to go. They showed me where it was leaking at the rear main seal and said, "No dealer would have told you that it was the oil filter". I told them it wasn't the pontiac dealer, it was Grubbs Infinity. I immediately called Bobby even before I left the oil change lot. After 7 calls and a week and a half, he finally returned my call. He didn't give me any options so I told him I would take the car back to Freeman Buick/Pontiac and have them give me an estimate, maybe powertrain was still under warranty. I was actually looking for the sales guy to offer some solution for me but I'm doing all the legwork myself. I took to Freeman Pontiac and they told their sevice guy to check for leaks. They found: water pump leaking only 4-5 days (I already replaced), rear main seal gasket leaking for some time, oil pan gasket leaking for some time and also power steering hose leaking. I drove right over to Grubbs Infinity and spoke to the Sales manager, Pete Hankins. Since they already replaced the power steering pump 4 times, I feel it is their responsibility and should have replaced the hoses as well. Pete took a copy of my estimate from the pontiac dealer and said he would start asking questions on Monday. On Tuesday 1/18/2011 I called him and asked what he found out. Honestly he couldn't tell me one question he asked and to whom. He just said there's nothing they can do and that I was out of luck. What kind of service is that and where is their integrity???? BEWARE PEOPLE, especially if it is not an infinity you buy from Grubbs. They send cards out that say they want you to be satisfied before, during and after the sale but they don't care at all. I paid $10,000 for a LEMON which they claimed had no major issues prior to me even seeing the car. They got my money and I am stuck with a car payment and all these repairs. Shoot, they got their commission, why should they care any further? They sent me on wild goose chases, leaving me to find rides to work when I left it at their shop every time except once. They cost me a lot of time and stress. Is that who you want selling you your next car?????? Be careful and beware, they just want your money and the rest is on you. More
Bob was super nice, fun, easy going, no pressure, answered all my questions and has a great team working with him. If I were going in to buy another car today, he would be my man! The company seem answered all my questions and has a great team working with him. If I were going in to buy another car today, he would be my man! Contacted the dealership and did not get a reply for 48 hours. I dropped by to speak with the associate whom I contacted via the internet with my trade in. The car was looked at but they couldn't give me a hours. I dropped by to speak with the associate whom I contacted via the internet with my trade in. The car was looked at but they couldn't give me a quote that day. They got back to me 30 hours later. I have owned 16 vehicles in the last 10 years and it has never taken more than 5 minutes after inspection to get the trade in value. The quote was 3 grand under Blue Book Trade in so I found another Infiniti dealership which was offering 7K off the same vehicle. Sent them pictures and information about my trade in. They offered 3K more for the trade in than Grubbs. Grubbs offered to meet in the middle which was still much more. No thanks, with the poor service I received I would rather drive 4 hours to San Antonio to get better service and get a much better deal. The guys at Gunn Infiniti were awesome and took care of me. I took the FX35 to Grubbs today just one week after purchasing the vehicle for an accessory. It apparently was an inconvenience even though scheduled and the person that completed the install left a huge grease stain on the white carpet. We will see how they handle fixing the stain they left in my brand new FX. More

I can't say enough good things about Grubbs Infiniti, this is my second lease car from there. I live in Cedar Park, Texas (Austin) and I compared price with several dealers in this area. I called Grubb this is my second lease car from there. I live in Cedar Park, Texas (Austin) and I compared price with several dealers in this area. I called Grubbs and talked to Ralph and told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay in lease payments. He found the car I wanted and gave me a better quote on payments than some of the other dealers I had talked to. I told him I didn't want to drive to Euless to get the car and trade in the lease car I had so he said no problem. He had someone bring the car to me on a trailer so there would not be any extra miles on it, and they picked up the Infiniti I was turning in. This is my fifth infiniti and I love them, I've never had one in the shop for anything. I was ready for a new infiniti again this year and called Ralph and he did the same thing for me and I love my new 2010 QX56. He took care of everything over the phone even the financing part and that makes everything so easy to buy one of their cars. Thanks Ralph and I'm sure I'll be calling you again in three years. I have never been in the Grubbs dealership but everyone I've ever talked to on the phone was always so nice and treat you like a friend rather than a customer. Grubbs will continue to get my business from now on. More
I wanted a newer car and was going for a lexus when I found an infiniti I REALLY liked. So I purchased the Infinity. If I had to do it over again I would not. Once I signed on the dotted line everything found an infiniti I REALLY liked. So I purchased the Infinity. If I had to do it over again I would not. Once I signed on the dotted line everything they told me they would fix on the car they did not. Yes I purchased a used car (9 months old) one of the remotes did not work, i asked about if this car had "memory" seats. Salesman said yes but NOONE at dealership knew how they worked or how I could get them to work. I talked to them went to upper management no one there cared. It was the worst car buying experience I have had. When your spending the kind of money I did on a car you want to be treated as so. I think I would have been treated better by a Saturn or KIA dealership then this one. If you do decide to do business with them get EVERYTHING in writing(even that did no good) and if remember if you are looking for customer service they have none. More
I purchased a new car from Grubbs and have been completely satisfied with it. I have also been in for scheduled service several times with the same result. The addition of learning the capabilities completely satisfied with it. I have also been in for scheduled service several times with the same result. The addition of learning the capabilities of at the M-3 Motorsports ranch was an unexpected fringe benefit. I continue to be very satisfied with the excellent follow through. More
I just bought a new 2009 G37S Coupe from Grubbs Infiniti and I could not be happier with the sales staff and service department. My car was not on the lot so it had to be located and shipped to Grubbs. My s and I could not be happier with the sales staff and service department.
