We have purchased numerous vehicles new and used, this was by far our best experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and courteous! He has a great sense of humor and worked hard to negotiate the sale in a stress free and timely manner. We arrived at the end of the day approximately 1 hour before closing on a Saturday. We were not rushed or pressured to make any decisions. Steve Malley, sales manager, also stepped in to assist with our sale to assure we being taking care of and questions or concerns had been addressed. They made us feel super special! Although the service department had closed, it did not stop them both from coming out to make sure we knew how to operate the convertible G37 we purchased. They covered the radio, navigation, convertible and everything they could think of until we could get back on Monday when the service department was open if we had more questions. Oh yes I can't forget cool calm Nick Amandelaro, finance guy he was a treasure to work with as well. The close of day on Saturday he was still cool, calm, patient and professional to perfection! I came back on Monday and Stan still took time to introduce all the service department and part department team!
