You want the best buyer experience? Pick up the phone, call Grubbs and ask for Julian. I can’t say enough about the sales and finance guys I worked with at Grubbs Infiniti. Julian wa Pick up the phone, call Grubbs and ask for Julian. I can’t say enough about the sales and finance guys I worked with at Grubbs Infiniti. Julian was my salesperson and Arya was my finance manager. I was purchasing from out of state and was reluctant to do so, but these folks made it easy and enjoyable. They took me at my word and I was able to do so with them. After I knew this was a great purchase opportunity, I made arrangements to fly in, they picked me up at the airport l, had a good portion of the details ready for me. I never had to wait for the next step more than 20-30 minutes as they knew I had a long drive ahead. After reviewing our agreement, then test driving, then getting the financing accomplished, I was out of there in about 2 hours. I think most importantly, these guys listened to what I really wanted to do and provided me valuable guidance that helped me make a very educated decision. I am a sales professional, and not once did I ever feel like I was being “sold” a car. I felt as they these gentlemen were consultants to me while I tried to determine the best decision for my purchase. I cannot think of a car purchase I have ever made that has been a pleasurable experience. But I can say without hesitation, Julian and Arya changed that. This was a great experience, thank you both! Greetings, I purchased a luxury car from Grubbs infinity (Grubbs Family of Dealerships) at 1500 HIGHWAY 114 Grapevine, TX 76051 on 6.15.2022 and it is been disappointing, dishonest, or deceptive to say the (Grubbs Family of Dealerships) at 1500 HIGHWAY 114 Grapevine, TX 76051 on 6.15.2022 and it is been disappointing, dishonest, or deceptive to say the least, I feel like I'm being bait and switched, things were said in the front end just to make the sale, numbers were agreed on, services and repair they agreed to make and now they are completely ignoring the promises that were made and what the sales team discussed with me. The first issue is, that we negotiated the car selling price from the advertised price of $54K to $51,800 which we agreed for the selling price, after I negotiated with Robert and Chris Stiles we also agreed to the trade value of my car of $28,580, which meant they should have sold me the car for $51,800 and use the positive equity of my trade of $5300 as a down payment which would reduce it to $46,500, but what they did instead is insert the positive equity of my trade into it, I didn't agree to it. The value we agree for my trade was $28,580 and the payoff was $23,000 approx. which means I'd have about $5300 to apply towards the negotiated sales price of the $51,800, the agreement was NOT $51,800 after the trade. I wouldn't agree to it after the trade because it'd actually raise the price to be more than the advertised car price of 54K instead of reducing it. Why would I negotiate and agree to a higher price than what was actually advertised? The total trade was supposed to be $28,580 and the 5300k would be reduced from the price not increasing. After we agreed on $51,800, they brought another paper and moved the numbers around, and added additional costs, when I asked to waive it they said they couldn’t, but when I asked again about why they moved it they said it doesn’t really matter it’s just their way to make the numbers work. I was uneasy but didn’t imagine they would use such deceptive tactics like that. When they sent me to another room for the finance department, I asked again why they switched the numbers on the different pages of the contract and the answer I received is that they need to do it to make it work but that it wouldn't make a difference for me. They used sales tactics and had me sign the papers saying I have nothing to worry about, this is deceptive and dishonest. When I asked the finance manager why the positive equity of the trade was added to the price and not deducted, he said again it’s just a way for them to do the numbers, that was a lie. Somehow after I negotiated a price of $51,800 and applied $5300 of positive equity, they charged me a total sales price of $72,200.04 (That’s outrageous) I'd like to correct this ASAP and apply the value of my trade to the $51,800 we agreed on. After the sale there was no one else to talk to and I was left trying to figure out what’s next, I’ve been trying to speak to someone in person ever since I purchased the car, but I keep getting the run-around. In addition to the financial issue, I'm still awaiting instructions about registration, plates, and the service they promised to provide. Both the salesperson and manager said there that there is a fee that I had to pay $1795 (by me) for a multipoint inspection and that this fee would be taking care of all the nicks externally and internally, they specifically said "since they were paid to do so" they'd go back to the repair team and have them fix it. I trusted that promise and Based on what they said, I didn't point out and inspected it in detail, but there are multiple leather rips and dings both inside and out that they both said it'd be taken care of, but now they are not willing to honor. Additionally, we agreed that they'd: Tint the all the windows, Buff Rear Bumper and detail the whole car inside and out, and buff the center console to remove scratches, they said they would fix the nicks and cuts in the leather and touch up paint chips inside and out. This is still outstanding. In addition to that they refuse to provide me with the floor mats the salesman Robert told me were in the back of the car, I specifically was told by the salesperson that it was in the back, and when I went to transfer my stuff from the old car to the new car the mats were not there, this is also misleading and dishonest. In addition to that, the USB isn't working, I can't even charge my phone or plug a GPS and the hooks are broken in the back lift of the trunk, when I asked the salesperson if there was anything wrong with the car prior to the sale, the answer was NO! No word about any of these things, nor about the broken windshield, and lots of convenient omissions. I understand this is a used car, but it's a luxury car from a dealership that claims it focuses on customer service and satisfaction and relationships. I didn't expect questionable or unethical practices and I certainly didn't expect to have to go back and forth to review like an attorney and fight for basic things they promised to fix, it's been over a week and a half now, and still no resolution, no one to talk to. After trying multiple times to get it resolves, calling and emailing, and even elevating it to a manager it hasn't been resolved, when I left a review to caution others, I received an email threatening that I won't receive service until the review was removed. This is not right I don't need to go through this and be bullied or held hostage because they are not honoring their promises and are being dishonest. I’m still left hanging, and I don’t know what to do next, they’re not resolving the issue and the manager left a message saying that this deal is “on hold’ (I’m not sure what this means) this has caused me an incredible amount of stress and anxiety and hours is spend trying to resolve it. Please help. I hope no one else needs to go through this. Thank you More
