I purchased a car from Grubbs 6 months ago and still don’t have my plates been driving around with temporary tags and I have to call 10/15 times before anyone actually does anything. Not to mention when I traded in my car they didn’t pay off my car in time and had to get call from my previous lender about missed payments after Grubbs bragged about selling my car 2 days later so they are quick to make a buck off of you after that they don’t care about you and you will be pulling your hair out trying to deal with this dealership after the sale is complete I would never in my life use this dealership!!
