Disregard to the way I received my truck back after a recall fix they are upset with me because I'm upset with them about the grease they left on the roof of my truck and Roy Wright was on board to make recall fix they are upset with me because I'm upset with them about the grease they left on the roof of my truck and Roy Wright was on board to make it right when I showed up in person then after I left and called a week later to see if he has made any progress on the detailing of my roof? No return call I waited 3 days and tried again and no response waited another couple days and tried again no response called and talk to the general manager and no response after that so here we are almost 3weeks after and nothing with anyone has tried to get to make it right. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!! I don't understand how they want to make me feel like I did something wrong and just want me to go away if I could upload pictures I would! I'm to The point of just writing a bad review and 100% believing they are not or willing to own their xxxxty work and HORRIBLE way of owning it!! And making me feel like I have no reason to be upset! I WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO TELL PEOPLE TO NOT GO TO THEM!!! That they are all about making you out to be the problem so they have a excuse to not own what they do!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! More

Hans was professional, efficient and they got me in and out promptly. Pricing was as agreed upon . The finance guy was a straight shooter. No upsell during the whole process. Ken was able to find one in transit to their dealership. Ken kept us up to date weekly where the truck was on the shipment. We never felt pressured to buy. we were treated like a friend not a buyer. mix up on price and honored price quoted MIX UP ON PRICE AND HONORED PRICE QUOTED. Used points to buy seat covers for 14 silverado, but personnel were not aware of actual value of points whe MIX UP ON PRICE AND HONORED PRICE QUOTED. Used points to buy seat covers for 14 silverado, but personnel were not aware of actual value of points when ordered product. Had points to purchase full product quoted( 27,000pts.), but when went to redeem employee found out that points were only half value of prior amount told to me($270 Actually $100 plus 7K pts extra). everyone makes mistakes but in this instance i wasn't budgeted to pay the difference in price .Parts dept. honored quote and sent me on way. BE AWARE 10,000 PTS = $50 More
