Less than satisfactory vehicle Purchased a 2018 explorer in dec 2018. First month the dealer had my vehicle more than I did. Musty smell due to water leak thru light in cargo area. Rusted steel on inside of vehicle and seat mechanisms causing operations failure. Service damaged my vehicle while there. They are telling me Texas weather caused the rust..no one I have talked to regarding that statement agrees..no other vehicle I or friends own have this issue More

Christian is a go getter I bought a 2015 F150 from him, I wish I had the energy he has. If you need something done after the deal he will not stop till he gets it done. He spotted most of the things that needed to corrected before me. He is not pushy on trying to sell you on a vehicle, almost like a split personality he is in a big rush to help you but he is laid back on the sell. I will buy from him without any thought, I would send my family to him if they need a car. He has great manners and that means a lot to me. Most salesman decide they are on first name basis, he never said anything except Sir or Mr. Russell this is old school but I guess I am old. I really appreciate it, he shows respect and he will go the extra step to help. Wish I had more to say , except he is an Outstanding Salesman! More
