Gulf Coast Ford is over 45 minutes from our home as well as from my husband's office. To say it's out of the way is an understatement. But, we gave them a chance because Mr. Hernandez was on top of getting information to us and remembering what we were in the market for and not showing us "up-sale" trucks. He was serious about helping us get exactly what we were looking for in a truck. When I went to do the test drive on the truck we settled on, he didn't make assumptions about my knowledge base or treat me differently because I'm a woman. In fact, we discovered that we both used to race cars... similar cars... back in the day! His treatment of me was still consistent. Once I gave my husband the OK regarding Mr. Hernandez and his offers, we made the sale a few days later. We paid what we expected to pay - no tricks, no games. Sam Ezzard in Finance was stellar as well. So, if you're going to buy a Ford, go see Stephen Hernandez. They from sales, management, to finance, everyone was extremely helpful. The executive manger even came to meet with me during my purchase to talk about my unfortunate experience at the previous dealership. I would buy again and again from this group.
