Alex went above and beyond my expectations during the entire experience I had purchasing my new Rav 4 at Gulf Coast Toyota. I arrived and went for a test drive right away. During the test drive Alex was very descriptive about the features of the car and how everything worked. He walked me through the entire process, 1 step at a time. He was very straightforward and honest from the start.
