Buying a new F-150 for my 18-year-old at Gullo Ford was a rollercoaster—but thanks to Aaron Robertson, it ended exactly where I needed it to. I came in for Ford’s national lease promo with specific numbers in mind (monthly payment, deposit, term, and mileage), and Aaron immediately understood my goals and got to work. As is typical with many dealerships, once the deal moved from Aaron’s desk to the sales manager and F&I, the “based on a specific MSRP” fine print and other back-and-forth started to cloud what should have been a straightforward promo. It felt like the familiar smoke-and-mirrors phase where the numbers begin to shift. This is where Aaron really stood out: he fought for my deal, kept the conversation anchored to the national program, and pushed internally until the final paperwork matched exactly what I expected—no surprises on payment, drive-off, term, or mileage. Aaron was professional, transparent, and incredibly persistent. He balanced my objectives with the store’s minimum targets without losing sight of what I asked for. In a dealership environment that doesn’t always put the customer first, Aaron was the clear exception and the reason I drove off in the right truck at the right price. If you’re shopping at Gullo Ford, ask for Aaron Robertson—he’s the advocate you want on your side. More

The dealership has always been fantastic. l have been a Ford man for most of my life, but I have also owned a Chevy, a Pontiac, and a Dodge Charger at one time. But I always returned to the f l have been a Ford man for most of my life, but I have also owned a Chevy, a Pontiac, and a Dodge Charger at one time. But I always returned to the fold. The Car is very good; reliable, economical, fun to drive. It has a few bad points, the biggest being blind spots, and a dash board that disappeared due to lack of lighting in bright sunlight. Other than that, no too shabby. One other thing; being 'elderly', I am used to being able to work on my car. My 1966 Mustang had an owner's manual about 1/4 " thick, and you could almost rebuild the car with it. T Edge's manual is handbound, almost 3/4 " thick, and loaded with does and don'ts, warnings, cautions, and advisories. I fixed Airplanes for a living. when I open the hood on my edge , I make sure the engine is still there, and then close it. Ahh, the good old days. Thanks for letting me vent. Hope it gets posted.
