My 2022 F150 had a check engine light with a code related to the Catalytic Converter. I arrived (without an appointment) at Gullo Ford Monday Morning. I was greeted by Waseem Elh elou. Waseem said that with to the Catalytic Converter. I arrived (without an appointment) at Gullo Ford Monday Morning. I was greeted by Waseem Elh elou. Waseem said that without an appointment the wait would be 24 to 48 hours before my truck could be inspected and diagnosed. As I had no ride, and my wife was recovering from surgery I would have had to call an Uber. Waseem said that they would be happy to take me home (22 miles west of Conroe) and that would be fine. I received a text from Waseem on Wednesday that both cats had been replaced under warranty and that they would chase down the two electronic gremlins I had asked about the following day. Late Thursday afternoon Waseem contacted me and said that all issues had been fixed and the truck was ready. I still had no way to get to the dealership and asked for a shuttle. I was COMPLETELY AMAZED that Gullo would deliver my vehicle to me on Friday at no charge! At the appointed time my truck arrived all repaired. Full disclosure I have not used Gullo Ford service in more than 25 years but my preferred service center is now set to GULLO Ford on my Ford Ap! David Wachner kept me informed all the way while my truck was being worked on. The technicians did a great job repairing my steering Column and the other wore out steering parts.
