My 2022 F150 had a check engine light with a code related to the Catalytic Converter. I arrived (without an appointment) at Gullo Ford Monday Morning. I was greeted by Waseem Elh elou. Waseem said that with to the Catalytic Converter. I arrived (without an appointment) at Gullo Ford Monday Morning. I was greeted by Waseem Elh elou. Waseem said that without an appointment the wait would be 24 to 48 hours before my truck could be inspected and diagnosed. As I had no ride, and my wife was recovering from surgery I would have had to call an Uber. Waseem said that they would be happy to take me home (22 miles west of Conroe) and that would be fine. I received a text from Waseem on Wednesday that both cats had been replaced under warranty and that they would chase down the two electronic gremlins I had asked about the following day. Late Thursday afternoon Waseem contacted me and said that all issues had been fixed and the truck was ready. I still had no way to get to the dealership and asked for a shuttle. I was COMPLETELY AMAZED that Gullo would deliver my vehicle to me on Friday at no charge! At the appointed time my truck arrived all repaired. Full disclosure I have not used Gullo Ford service in more than 25 years but my preferred service center is now set to GULLO Ford on my Ford Ap!
