On Wednesday morning (the next day) they happened to receive a trade-in that was exactly what we wanted. My wife went to the dealership, drove the vehicle, we agreed on a price and wrote a check. Joe Fletcher was awesome! Joe was both friendly and a good listener. He didn't strive to just sell me a truck.
