1. You are not sorry 2. I have inquired to the paperwork you sent me in regard to the full recall and your service department or GM will not respond. 3. I will not visit your dealership ever again after the way I was treated in your service department. 4. I have inquired with Ford and they tell me it is YOUR duty to provide the information.
