I I would like to thank Austin for helping us out . During the pandemic he talks to us on the telephone and gave us good information on the car that we wanted her to buy. But, my husband explained th During the pandemic he talks to us on the telephone and gave us good information on the car that we wanted her to buy. But, my husband explained that it would be kind of difficult for us to come up there, and pick up the new car. Out of Austin kindness of his heart he said, would bring the new car out to us and drive our old car back to the Gullo Ford dealership. When Austin brought the new Escape SUV to our home , he took the time to explain everything we needed to know about our new car . He helped us load the new Ford app he help me load my iPhone information to the navigation. He was a great help and We appreciate him taking the time to help us. All the staff at the Gullo Ford dealership was great and helpful in the financing department also. This is not the first time we bought a vehicle from Gullo Ford .
