Ease of doing business Last month my wife and I went looking for a new crossover. We had already decided that the new vehicle would be either an Acura or a Lexus. We went to the Lexus dealership here in San Antonio first, we were treated with the usual slow paced (trying to steal your trade) crap for over 3 hours. We test drove and liked the vehicle, but the sales person and his assistant gave us basically no info or specs about the vehicle except that it was a Lexus and had a turbo engine, all they wanted was a sale! When we left we were stopped at the door by the sales manager offering more money for our trade, it was too late, my wife and I were fed up and wanted nothing more to do with the dealership. Three days later we went to Gunn Acura to look at the Acura RDX. Our salesperson "Frank Sumadi" greeted us right away and within a few minutes we had pretty much settled on want we wanted. For the next 30 minutes Frank explained every thing about the vehicle. We were very impressed with the knowledge Frank had regarding standard features and the differences between the different levels available. We went for a test drive with Frank and he did a fantastic job explaining the features. While were out our trade in was being appraised. When we got back to the dealership after a great test drive we waited about 10 minutes and were presented with a extremely fair value for our trade. I'm not an impulse buyer, so we told Frank we had to think it over for a few hours. When we left about an hour and a half total time had passed and we didn't feel worn out. Frank was very gracious as he walked us to our car, NO HIGH PRESSURE! Later that day we called Frank back and purchased the Acura RDX. GUNN ACURA gave us the nicest car buying experience we had ever had and Frank Sumadi is the most knowledgeable sales consultant we had ever met. Thank-you Frank, we love our new Acura! 2016 RDX with Tech package and some extras Tony Alvarez. Always a gentleman and easy to communicate with. Second time to buy Acura with Tony. Had a 2014 Acura TL and found for us it was just Tony Alvarez. Always a gentleman and easy to communicate with. Second time to buy Acura with Tony. Had a 2014 Acura TL and found for us it was just too low to the ground. Traded for the RDX which suits us much better. Like the vehicle, like the salesperson. Only downside was the high rate of depreciation for the 2014TL...expected better value. RDX rides well and drives easily. Blind spot warnings were included and should be included for all cars as they are a wonderful safety assist. More

Excellent service of Arthur Miller in San Antonio, TX Arthur was very knowledgeable about the operations of the new 2016 Acura MDX and the various new features. Since we had a 2011 MDX , he pointed out th Arthur was very knowledgeable about the operations of the new 2016 Acura MDX and the various new features. Since we had a 2011 MDX , he pointed out the new upgrades which made the buying experience exciting to both of us. Arthur helped us get our older MDX ready to sell as well,, it looked so good I was sad about selling it. I soon got over it once my new vehicle came out gleaming and ready for the road.
