Gunn Acura service is the best. I took my car in to be inspected and was treated no different than if I had taken it in for regular service or repair! I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Gunn because the service is always top notch! Jessie exemplified that service! More
Absolutely horrific experience. The service manager actually walked away from me. Dishonest and rude staff minus a few. I will never buy an Acura again. I paid $1,700 for 100,000 mile servicing only to actually walked away from me. Dishonest and rude staff minus a few. I will never buy an Acura again. I spent a ton more money out of my pocket, and I was treated with complete disrespect. I left a message for the delearship manager who is unable to speak due to travel. More
