"Great customer service"

Had AC problems and front end issues. All were diagnosed quickly. Worked options as troubleshooting developed. Delivered on time and reduce cost due to great recommendations. Dale is the man.

"My 2012 TSX"

Ive been using GunnAcura service since 20013. I love their service and recommendation to avoid future problems. Yesterday 10/23 I changed oil and filter for my car, my advisor was Garrett Gutierrez and really I was happy to have him because he showed me parts need to be replaced how my part looks and how the new part looks I love it because now I’m convinced, I need to change this part, normally as I know dealers go by maintenance book but u don’t have to change it, he recommended headlight restoration and he found they were under warranty so he did them for free. In addition, Garrett gave me 4 times update and time maintenance done I like that. Finally thank you GunnAcura service for having those helpful advisors especially Garrett Gutierrez, ty for your help and your recommendations..

"I love my Gunn Acura!"

I purchased my Acura 8 years ago! First, I have loved my car! It is the best vehicle I have ever owned! It is comfortable, very fuel efficient, and very sporty looking. Even though it is an older car, I still get compliments on it! I will always own an Acura! I feel the service department is outstanding! I get coupons on the mail for services. I get informed of what needs to be done without the pressure of having to address it on the spot. The managers are efficient and very communicative! I thought when my warranty expired I would go to another place for oil changes, but refuse to go anywhere else with the quality service I get! Thank you Gunn Acura for making owning a quality vehicle effortless!!

Dale and jack were wonderful explaining the car problems and customer service. But the Mechanics didnt a horrible job and over charged me .. I asked them to change my oil and check my Trunk because it was not working and my transmission was Hesitating also my seat was not working ... When I got my car back the oil light was still showing it needed to be serviced. So I am not to sure if oil was changed also they were going to charge me 85.00 to fix my electric seat. Which I opt out. After looking at the seat the only problem was a small sock was stuck by it ...it took me 2 seconds to remove ... also they charged me to upgrade my transmission and flush out the fluid for 400.00 . Transmission is still running the same ...

Took my RDX in for scheduled maintenance and got excellent, on time service. Also noted alignment issue I was concerned about, which explained steering wheel resistance I had been feeling in braking. Good job!

Stop by to have oil changed. Had received a promotional coupon for a discounted oil change. Called up to see if I needed to schedule an appointment, but was told I did not need to. I showed up and my car was told my car would be serviced in less than an hour and there was a complementary wash and vacuum service. I waited inside the service lounge where complementary snacks, coffee and sodas were available. My car was ready in less than a hour

"Average service "

My sales person was courteous. I wish Javier or any substitute would have called back on a more timely basis. My car was fixed to my satisfaction. However, I didn’t like that they recommended an air filter and tire alignment, even though both were new. This made me wonder if they are really assessing my car (credibility). Nonetheless, everyone was courteous, and I appreciated the clean waiting area and snacks. Appreciated the loaner as well, and it was ready when we arrived.
