The advisor that made my appointment made it on the wrong day because he was talking to someone else while on the phone with me and not paying attention to what he was doing. Took vehicle in for A1 oil change service. I was then told I need an additional fuel injection service, which was a mistake because technician did not check service history. A 15% discount was not honored by another rude service advisor, so my transaction was voided and then had to be done again by Carla. More

The service writer was wonderful.... very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately GUNNs idea of an oil change doesn't match what they post in their waiting room of just 30 minutes to get it done. I had an appointment for 1PM Friday 10/9/20 and didn't leave this place until 2:45 PM. There was no one in this place getting service. It was empty.... I am not going to take my car back here. I can get the same service done faster at Jeffy Lube. So why should anyone go here? More
