Carla did a nice job of checking me in and keeping me informed of any changes or findings after they got my car into the shop. Great service during Coronavirus Pandemic Called service for an appointment to troubleshoot some complicated electronic issues as well as complete some routine maintenance tasks. When we arrived, Carla was available right away. She clearly had all the notes from our conversation two days earlier and processed our drop-off very efficiently. All the staff we observed wore masks and were being very attentive to social distancing. We received a fully sanitized loaner vehicle. To our surprise all work was completed and problems identified and corrected in about four hours. Thanks to service technician Joe Botello for solving the problems and Carla for clearly explaining what caused them. We really appreciate the great service in these challenging times. Carla's customer service should not have been any better. More
