Giancarlo was very friendly and took care of me as quickly as he could. It seemed to take longer than necessary (more than 30 minutes) to pay and leave after my car was brought up. Perhaps a service representative who was not as busy as Giancarlo could have helped me check out. Just a suggestion. More
