I came here just to look and was taken care by sales person Mr Palmer, no hassle no pressure, I was looking into buying a Jeep Rubicon 4xe, had the opportunity to meet with sales Manager Vince who helpe person Mr Palmer, no hassle no pressure, I was looking into buying a Jeep Rubicon 4xe, had the opportunity to meet with sales Manager Vince who helped me with my trade- in, took the car home and a few days later had some issues with the Jeep making a noise from the front end, took the car back and met with Steven Moore who addressed the issue gave me loaner and let me know they would solve the issue. I picked up the car and noticed it was still making the same noise, I was a bit disappointed but understood as we are humans things at time can go wrong, I met with Charlie the General Manager who was very polite, addressed my issues, they took my car in again and made sure all was done right. In all fairness this is a great place to purchase a car. I want to thank Steven, Vince and Charlie for helping me with my Jeep and I highly recommend this location, they go out of there way to make things right and you are treated like family. More

I do not recommend this dealership’s service department. I took my GMC truck in after my dog damaged a wiring harness. Even though I purchased an extended warranty through the dealership, they would not I took my GMC truck in after my dog damaged a wiring harness. Even though I purchased an extended warranty through the dealership, they would not cover the repair. After keeping my truck for nearly two weeks just to provide an estimate, I was quoted between $5,000 and $8,000 for the repairs. Wanting a second opinion, I took my truck to another repair shop. They diagnosed the issue and completed the repair for less than $500. The difference in price was shocking. Based on my experience, I felt like the dealership was trying to charge far more than necessary. The long wait time for an estimate and the lack of warranty coverage only added to my frustration. I encourage anyone facing a major repair bill to get a second opinion before authorizing expensive work. My experience at this dealership was disappointing, and I will not be returning for future service. More

Service time was reasonable but beware the 3% surcharge if you want to pay by credit card. The surcharge is technically illegal according to Texas law. An appeals court made the law essentially unenforceab if you want to pay by credit card. The surcharge is technically illegal according to Texas law. An appeals court made the law essentially unenforceable, and Gunn is likely 100% aware. Was not informed of the surcharge prior to paying with a credit card and had to redo the entire transaction. Called another dealership in town and confirmed they do not charge the additional fee for credit card payments. Will be going to them for service from now on.
