My salesman Ben did not owner his word on a second remote! Long story short, they told me to have a dealership in my area order one and they would take care of it just send the invoice to us from the remote! I bought and car and paid cash. My salesman was great! After payment was made and contract was signed…. I asked was there a full tank of gas in it. Stay far away from theses guys! Went in for a bulb out on the dash and waited 5 hours (with an appointment) watching them trying to up sell everyone as I waited. After prompting Christa to get some answers she came back with a lame explanation that included replacing the instrument panel at my expense before they could continue on their chart. Really. The repair estimate was $942.00 for a pitman arm 498.00 for an idler arm $170 for a brake fluid exchange, (performed last month) $165. For an AC Evap case, $255 for diesel induction service and $50 for a chassis lube. Mind you this is all the up sell he was working on while I waited 5 hours. That’s not all of the ridicules things I heard and observed while there for 5 hours. I already knew the code that was displaying before I took it in and that was never mentioned! I guess if I paid all the up sells then they would have eventually gotten to that. Stay far away is my review. When it comes time to buy another truck, it won’t be from Gunn GMC. More
