We called Gunn Honda about a preowned 2024 GMC Terrain. Spoke with Kevin in sales and he said the vehicle was there. We drove 185 miles to the dealership and called Kevin when we arrived. It was raining when we arrived and Kevin had the GMC under the porch so we could check it out without getting wet. He told us everything about the GMC and let us test drive it. Everything was as he said it was. The GMC is a very low mileage vehicle and was priced below market value. The whole buying experience was 2 1/2 hours with NO “pressure sales” experienced at all. Everyone was very courteous and informative, especially Kevin our salesman. Gunn Honda was upfront on price and all sales persons are on salary with no pressure to “sale, sale, sale”. It was the best car buying experience we have encountered. More
Unfortunately the dealer suggested as urgent a series of several services without proper inspection of the vehicle, they could not even read correctly an odometer. As if this was not enough, they did not to several services without proper inspection of the vehicle, they could not even read correctly an odometer. As if this was not enough, they did not took any responsibility on delivering back a damage thread in a wheel stud. Now I have to change by my own the whole wheel hub. This dealer does NOT work to the Honda standards. Last time I go there. More
