I just leased my third vehicle from here. Everyone there made it so easy for my wife and myself. Just took about an hour and a half of paperwork. I leased my second vehicle from there from Everyone there made it so easy for my wife and myself. Just took about an hour and a half of paperwork. I leased my second vehicle from there from a sales person named Oscar. After 3 years my lease was up so I texted him to see if he was still there. Low a behold he was still there but he proceeded to tell me he was no longer in sales and now he had been promoted to financing. I told him that I didn’t want to deal with anyone else. He assured me that he would assigned another salesman that would be just as courteous and genuine. So he introduced us to Marshall who was just that. And then I met Jacob, who was going to assess the vehicle and give me the value of the vehicle that I was about to trade in. Jacob and myself took a ride as he test drove the car I told him this was going to be my third vehicle leasing from this particular company. He proceeded to tell me of the loyalty rewards of both Honda itself and the dealership. I told them I wanted another CRV and my wife wanted a reddish color. They even allowed me to take a vehicle home for the day which turned out. It wasn’t the vehicle that I wanted. When I brought it back, they were telling me that there were no worries and there was no commitment to buy that vehicle. Which was just a sports CRV. They then realize that they had made a mistake in thinking that’s what was trading in. again there was no pressure no pressure at all. We ended up closing the transaction for another three years on the CRV sports touring.hybrid. I will continue to go back to this dealership. Because of the way they treated us and made us feel. We didn’t feel just like a number. They made us feel like they genuinely did care about what we wanted.. We will highly recommend this particular dealership to anyone who interested in buying/leasing for a vehicle. Thank you! More

Took my car I. For a safety recall and to have a routine software update. They managed to kill the computer. They had the car for over two and a half months. During which we got only a few updates that were never consistent. Sometimes car was being hoke up to a generator so the hybrid battery wouldn’t die. Other times the turned the car on and let it charge the battery. I finally get my car back and not only was it filthy but the passenger mirror broken. Dealership tried to lie and say it was broken beforehand. They did after a quiet angry conversation did fix it for no charge. I rated as low as I did for killing computer, poor communication and blatantly lying. Honda is a great company and hopefully this dealership can get a whole lot better. More
