My last visit to the Service Department was disappointing. It took over 7 minutes for a service manager to greet me in the Express Lane. I was the only person in the Express Lane. Buying a new car is a big deal. I did my research and decided to stay with a Pilot. My 2007 Pilot gave me no trouble at all, so why change. I have put off getting a new car for over 6 years because the process is so draining. Gunn Honda made this experience unbelievable.
