New Car and Service I bought a new Honda in Dec 2016. Had not purchased a new vehicle since 1999. Needless to say I was very apprehensive but the salesman, Mr Kevin Brown I bought a new Honda in Dec 2016. Had not purchased a new vehicle since 1999. Needless to say I was very apprehensive but the salesman, Mr Kevin Browning explained everything and did not try to rush me. I was able to relax and complete my purchase.. Mr Decena in Financial Services was equally as pleasant and helpful. Next day had a problem with the tire, brought the car back and even though the Service Dept was backed up to the hilt (it was right before the Holidays), they quickly took my car in and fixed the tire within the hour. The one simple price was reasonable and the first offer on my trade was good. Once we agreed on the out-the-door total, we made an appointment to do the deal. Everyone was prepared and there was very little waiting. The paperwork was accurate and the purchase price and trade price was as agreed. We were in and out within an hour. Adrian Garza,sales consultant, was very knowledgeable, patient, and quick to provide information. He did a great job. Damon Honore, sales manager, was very quick and reasonable to deal with on the trade value of my vehicle. We were able to agree on an out-the-door total during a five minute phone call. And as mentioned earlier, everything was as agreed when we showed up to do the deal. Tony Decena, the finance manager, was prepared and quickly went through the paperwork. He explained clearly what we were signing. The paperwork was accurate. He quickly explained all the warranty options and other potential add ons. Very respectful of the time but still did a good job of explaining everything so we could make informed decisions. Overall, a great experience and great deal. Much better than other dealership I have worked with in the past. Will definitely work with Gunn Honda again. More
