He didn't attempt to change my mind or try to sell me more than I wanted, and for that reason he had an easy sell. I have smoothly and easily walked out of other dealerships because of obnoxious salespeople who refused to simply sell me what I wanted to buy. Fred Fribourg was my test drive companion, and I truly could not have asked for anyone better suited for this chore. He was pleasant, informative, helpful, and didn't flinch-not once. Others have assured me that I could have purchased my vehicle less expensively elsewhere, and I'm sure that's true; however, the fact remains that Craig and Fred made this the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience EVER.
