He constantly made sure we felt at home, and walked us through the paperwork with aplomb. The brief tour of the facilities and services was useful, while the financial officer we finally talked to (Mr. French) was equally pleasant and thorough in going over the insurance and payment schedules. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience that I would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Honda. More

Took my daughter in to purchase her first New car. Our salesman told us he had just started on his own. He listened to what we told him we wanted & showed us exactly what we were looking for. He also explained to her she had a Team assigned to her.Osburn,the finance man saved us quite a bit of money. We walked in pre-approved & gave us a better rate than the bank.Give him a gold star too. Not only did he save us money,the process was enjoyable & professional.We had gone to two other dealerships & no comparison. Spoke to the sales manager & he went over a few things about Honda & Gunn that impressed her.My daughter said , Not that's how its done.She is sooo happy with the whole experience & her new civic.Thank you! The dealership checked out both of our trade-ins and gave us, by far, the best trade-in values of any of the dealers we visited.
