The finance department was very inconsistent throughout the process. We received a call the next day saying we needed to come back in and fill out additional paperwork that our credit union supposedly requ the process. After contacting my credit union, they confirmed they already had everything they needed. When I relayed this to the finance person, he said his finance manager would call me back. That call never came. Instead, about three hours later, the salesperson called to say that everything was fine after all. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating. Be careful and make sure you’re fully aware of your loan situation so you don’t run into the same issues. More
