The parts and service team provided me with great customer service when they helped me and my daughter get on the road after the valet at my hotel lost my key fob. They recognized my difficult situat customer service when they helped me and my daughter get on the road after the valet at my hotel lost my key fob. They recognized my difficult situation and allowed me to buy the key that was reserved for another customer. We came up with a game plan to have the car towed to Gunn Honda and the service team programmed the new key to my car. After a 10-hour ordeal I was on my way back to Houston. My 2006 Honda Accord hybrid’s went bad before a year had passed. It was purchased from Gunn Honda parts department and installed by me. The battery went dead in a Costco parking lot and required AAA to jump passed. It was purchased from Gunn Honda parts department and installed by me. The battery went dead in a Costco parking lot and required AAA to jumpstart my car. I was told that the battery was less than a year old and I was going to take it to Gunn Honda to replace it.
