I had oil change, tire rotation and state inspection done here. Wait time was much long which I understand and was expecting it. But, the worst part is the car wasnt cleaned and also tire pressure wasnt chec here. Wait time was much long which I understand and was expecting it. But, the worst part is the car wasnt cleaned and also tire pressure wasnt checked (even with tire rotation) which I feel is very basic. To add, I specifically asked if pressure was checked and they confirmed. I figured this out after 3 days from day of service, when I took a drive for a near by town on Thanksgiving day. Low tire pressure indicator was ON and I had to pull to several stations due to limited availability considering holiday and had to spend for pressure. It was so disappointing that I believed in the service and confident am good for long drives. Please have a checklist on all basic service activities being done and submit a copy to customers, this way to make sure it's not missed. More
