Joshua Garcia was amazing. I called at 5:15 pm from the highway that I had an engine failure alert come up on my car and I had my daughter in the car and she has cerebral palsy I called at 5:15 pm from the highway that I had an engine failure alert come up on my car and I had my daughter in the car and she has cerebral palsy and is special needs. I was a few minutes away from the dealership and I was able to drive in but he did recommend I pull over and have the car towed so I wouldn't break down on my way. I did make it in safely but he made sure I had the roadside assistance number incase. He had a rental car waiting for me so I could transfer my daughter right over to it and had me out of there within 20 minutes. He made sure to check all my paperwork for warranty's and found that I had one to cover the repair and car rental and had my car the very next evening. That is amazing service by him and the mechanic that fixed my car and made sure that everything was running perfectly. I will always work with Gunn dealerships now and my partner now wants to buy his next vehicle from a Gunn dealer. More

All the staff were very helpful, especially Mr Mathew Knox. He sold me the first truck, but it had transmission problems, but he went beyond for my needs and found me another truck which I like very much Knox. Went in for a “walk in” oil change, quick service, done in an hour. Mechanics made some additional service recommendations but weren’t pushy about it.
