We had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation for $29.99. When we paid for the service I asked if the rotation was done and the answer was YES. That was NOT true. We did tire rotation at different place. The next day we received an offer for oil change for $14.99. Too late. That was our first bad experience with this dealership. More

I have been a customer of Gunn Nissan since May of 1998. My 2019 Nissan Maximum Platinum is the third Maximum that I have purchase from the Gunn Dealership. I have never taken my auto to be se 1998. My 2019 Nissan Maximum Platinum is the third Maximum that I have purchase from the Gunn Dealership. I have never taken my auto to be serviced at any other place than Gunn Services. The Service Advisor ( Mr. Jason L. Sanchez/ R892 ) is one in a long advisors that has been responsible for excellent service. Everything about Gunn has been great for me over the last 22 years. Mr. Frank Wallace is the one that has taken care of the sales. I have never had a complaint. Keep up the great service. Of course, persons like Mr. Jason L. Sanchez, how can one have anything but excellent service. I will keep returning to Gunn as long as I am able to drive. More
Battery issue occurred (& was reported) within warranty twice. Battery finally tested bad, experiencing same exact issue. I was given a nominal discount on the replacement; however, I felt patronized (spec twice. Battery finally tested bad, experiencing same exact issue. I was given a nominal discount on the replacement; however, I felt patronized (specifically by the service manager on duty Mon 10/27 AM). For example, the price of terminal wires which I was told “might” have “contributed” to the battery failure was waived. Thereafter, that $40+ charge was cited as part of my battery discount, thus inflating perception of my discount. While I do appreciate the concession in price, I felt patronized, considering the issue had been reported multiple times during the warranty period. Although the battery tested fine when my earlier complaints were made, the battery had died after I’d simply ran the radio 5-10 minutes while the engine was off. As mentioned Monday to the service department, I’ve purchased 3 brand new cars from Gunn Nissan & convinced 3 separate friends to purchase two new & 1 used vehicles (from Gunn Honda & Infiniti, respectively). I was recently affected by COVID-19 & am experiencing extreme/temporary financial issues currently, which I mentioned to the staff. Although price concessions were given, I feel that my years of loyalty— & fervent enthusiasm recommending Gunn to friends & strangers who are car shopping— were taken for granted. I know I have no actionable complaint & don’t plan to take my comments to any other website or entity. However, my next vehicle will not he purchased from Gunn, I’ve simply lost that sense of elation which fueled the rave reviews/positive word of mouth I consistently shared with strangers, friends, & family about Gunn.
