I was told my tire needed a repair when getting my car serviced. I told the service advisor IF it's covered then repair it. He said yes, i think its covered. Now days later he's calling trying to charge m serviced. I told the service advisor IF it's covered then repair it. He said yes, i think its covered. Now days later he's calling trying to charge me $29.99. If it wasn't covered I would've taken it somewhere else to get repaired and spent $10 not the $29.99 he's now trying to charge me for a plug in the tire. More

Sorry...not favorably impressed. Came in for oil change & have slow idle checked. Mainly needed the oil change. After 2.5 hours, they try to sell me a job costing about $800, but said was optional. I declined the job, and THEN they put it on the rack to change the oil. Why didn’t they do that first?! I could see my truck in their shop with no one working on it for long periods. These folks are NOT considerate of the customer’s time! More

The dealership was clean and safe, using masks and social distancing. The staff was courteous and helpful, offering lots of options for financing. I was recommended to change air filters, as they were deemed “dirty”, despite my having changed them three days prior. I made an appointment, but still had to wait over an hour for a simple oil chang deemed “dirty”, despite my having changed them three days prior. Dismissive tone, as if I was interrupting her day by asking about a current work order in progress. If I didn’t have an extended warranty through these people, I wouldn’t recommend them whatsoever.
