Unexpected Was a little upset service took longer than was advised. I was unable to return to have it cleaned to another prior appointment I had made and I leave outside of San Antonio. Ali did day she would mail me a gift card for a free wash. Superb Customer Service Top Notch service. I had an appointment to have my rear brakes/rotors replaced at 2. I showed up hours earlier hoping they could fit in an extra servi Top Notch service. I had an appointment to have my rear brakes/rotors replaced at 2. I showed up hours earlier hoping they could fit in an extra service (4 new tires and installment) that I had priced at a different location but that location couldn’t get done that day. My appointment was with Jason Sanchez who happened to be the 1st person I saw. He not only priced match but was also able to tack on other coupons for the brake service I originally had scheduled. All in all it was a win win situation. Mr. Sanchez was knowledgeable, customer friendly and a definite asset to Gun Nissan. I pray he’s there for all my future visits. More
