Felicia was pleasant and concerned with my request for an oil change. She stated that it would be about an hour and a half before my Titan will be ready. And it came true...11:30am arrived, 1:00pm departed. She is very knowledgeable with customer service and their vehicles. I have known Kevin Jackson for over 10 years. My wife and I have purchased three vehicles (so far) from Kevin, and our two sons have purchased vehicles from him also. Kevin always finds the time to chit-chat with me whenever I'm at Gunn for work on my vehicles, oil changes, and etc. I will continue to buy my Nissan vehicles from Gunn Nissan, and recommend Kevin Jackson to all of my friends.
