I've been to the dealership several times and looked around and never got anyone to check on me to see what I may be interested in. This time I was there killing time while I awaited a ride from a frien around and never got anyone to check on me to see what I may be interested in. This time I was there killing time while I awaited a ride from a friend after dropping my truck off for service, and Alex came up to me immediately. He asked what I was interested in, and was so quick and forthcoming with information and quickly trying to assess my interests and needs. Even though I was just peaking, he sent me information the next day on the two vehicles I had been looking at along with info on how to ask questions from him quick and easy. Due to his great skills as a salesperson, we purchased a car from him today. I really appreciated how he remembered my comment about how I hated the whole car buying process due to how much time it took to do so, (in the past it would literally be an all day process). He aided In making sure my husband was in and out of there in just a few hours. I am really grateful for the effort he put in, and will use him again in the future. More
