I am VERY satisfied with how fast and easy things were with my transmission replacement. It did take a few days to make an executive decision with the choices I had between trading or fixing the problem w with my transmission replacement. It did take a few days to make an executive decision with the choices I had between trading or fixing the problem with my Nissan but ultimately, Nate, in service, was very helpful with the entire process. I may have been a bit challenging at times, but who isn't when coming to their ONLY means of transportation and a promotion on the line? After having my vehicle for 2 years and hearing horror stories from others with THEIR vehicle problems and dealerships, I'm happy to say that there were absolutely no issues or complaints throughout my entire process. It was as if Nate knew where I was coming from & definitely let me know I was in the right hands at Gunn Nissan. I definitely will be returning with any future problems (knock on wood) that arise when it comes to my 2014 Nissan! More
