I recently purchased a 2017 BMW 330i from this dealership. It was a mistake to say the least. They were very pushy and raised the price from the one that was listed online. The sales woman was nic dealership. It was a mistake to say the least. They were very pushy and raised the price from the one that was listed online. The sales woman was nice but I wish I could remember the sales managers name, cause he was the one that was insisting that this was a great car. I insisted on adding a bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle. They had a person that worked in the finance dept. come in and state that the car belonged to his wife and that the only reason she got rid of it was because they needed more space for grandkids car seats and that the car had been well taken care of and never had any issues. I drove the car home and it began smoking due to the fact that who ever serviced the car last did not put the oil cap on tight. Oil had blew every where. I instantly called back but they were closed and no one ever called me that following Monday. I owned the car for one week before having drivetrain malfunction light come on as well as a check engine light come on. I tried to contact the dealership and no one would call me back. I finally was able to get a hold of a service member who was very nice, James. He seems to be the only one trying to help. I told him about what was going on with the car and he did arrange to have someone come pick up the car because I live nearly a hour and a half away. They did show up to pick up the vehicle but instead of towing it back to the dealership, they drove it back. I purchased the car three weeks ago and it has been in the shop for a week now and I still haven't been contacted to discuss what ever mechanical issues that were going on. I feel as if they lied to sell the car and that now I am 100% stuck with the car that I will surely have many issues out of it. I wish I could just give the vehicle back. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They have no regards as to who they screw over and how badly they do it, just to get a sell. More
Very demanding, within minutes of us arriving they asked if I’d like to trade my vehicle, we said possibly, so they took keys to my previous vehicle to assess with no promise to trade, before even allowing if I’d like to trade my vehicle, we said possibly, so they took keys to my previous vehicle to assess with no promise to trade, before even allowing us to see the vehicle for purchase. no papers had been signed trading the vehicle, yet they would not give my car keys back once finished assessing. All my personal things still in my vehicle. Walked me out to my OWN car to unlock it for me so I could get my insurance papers. Again no papers had been signed. Sales person HAND WROTE a note saying we would buy car if payment was in such and such range that they wanted signed, would not move on until we signed said paper…. Said they could not move forward until. And they still had not allowed us to see the vehicle. Extremely unprofessional. After asking several times if we could look over the vehicle for purchase. Still did not allow us to see said vehicle until most all of the paperwork was done. Which was hours into the process. More

I purchased a 2012 dodge charger from these guys. ... IF YOU PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE THROUGH THESE GUYS, MAKE SURE TO GO HAVE YOUR OWN TRUSTED MECHANIC TO GO THROUGH EVERYTHING ON THE VEHICLE. THE SERVIC ... IF YOU PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE THROUGH THESE GUYS, MAKE SURE TO GO HAVE YOUR OWN TRUSTED MECHANIC TO GO THROUGH EVERYTHING ON THE VEHICLE. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU OR YOUR CAR. Even thought I had a 12000 mile warranty, every time I took the vehicle back to have something looked at, they consistently mis-diagnosed what was wrong in order to avoid fixing my car. They pushed off my conserns to avoid fixing it during my warranty. They also did NOT test drive this ride before seeling it to me. My tire rods are worn out making horrible noises, which can be heard while turning, they said was bearing, come find out, my whole tire rod(like I was telling them) was work out & I had to replace it. Along with my engine light constantly coming on, even with evidence/paperwork from auto zone scans showed that something is wrong with my converter (drivetrain, part of my warranty) they said was wear & tear even tho it was making the noise when I left lot after purchase. They tried saying it was my fault, even though was same noise when I test drove it. I let them know about the noise, even told finance company. Within an hour, Jay from the dealership calls me, said I messed up everything, & gone have bring car back. He instructed me to call finance company back, lie to them & say that the dealership fixed everything.. then told me to bring the car back, & they would fix any issues I had with it. Even after multiple trips to dealership, multiple workers looking at it, after multiple misdiagnosis, they still, to this day, have not fixed it. The service team does not listen to what you tell them is wrong, they cut you off, insisting they know exactly what you telling them.... But in the end, they didn't know & still didn't fix my car. Now, my warranty is out, so I have to pay out of pocket anyways to have it fixed. Even after multiple attempts DURING my warranty to get the dealership to fix it. Ofcourse the last time I went up to dealership, the old service manager didn't want to talk to me, so he sent me to speak to the new service manager, & that guy didn't know anything about the issues I've dealt with with them. So ofcourse he was to busy to speak to me about any issues. the sales girl also didn't know anything about the car, so she lied telling me the Bluetooth works... & It doesn't. Come to find out, the dealership knew this, & according to there information it's a computer piece, that cost like $800 to fix in order for the Bluetooth to work. So the sales people don't know xxxx about the cars they showing you. Also, during two of my visits to dealership, they broke my automatic window buttons for front. They just pop out now. IF YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, PLEASE TAKE IT TO REAL MECHANIC TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT BEFORE YOU TRADE MONEY, OR SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THEM. I TELL PEOPLE DONT PURCHASE NOTHING FROM THEM, BC THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. More
