On February 2, 2023. I took my 2020 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado to Guntersville Chevrolet for some repairs/service. I had purchased this vehicle new on October 5, 2020. I took my 2020 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado to Guntersville Chevrolet for some repairs/service. I had purchased this vehicle new on October 5, 2020. ( 1.)Transmission slipping at low temperatures 50 degrees and lower. The slipping occurs from 1st to 2nd gear.( 2.)My heated mirrors fog over in different weather conditions. (3) needed an oil change and that I used Mobil 0-20w and agreed to pay the difference in the oil cost. (4.) Rotate my tires which I had coupons for. When I went to pick the vehicle up that I left for a couple days, I was told that General Motors did not cover the slipping in the transmission and that it was normal. They gave some paperwork from General Motors stating which models etc. and the warranty up to 60,000 miles. If I try to sell this truck outside of the dealership and a problem is found with the transmission slipping then I can not get a decent price on the sale once the transmission slipping issue is found. If this had been explained this to me upon purchasing I would have not bought the vehicle. October was a warm month and I purchased it around 5:00 pm. This means that the transmission slipping issue was not evident at the time I test drove this truck. After finding this out, I was upset at General Motors and not the Guntersville Chevrolet Dealership. In my review I did not reflect this fact. I received a phone call from Mr. Bruce Moss of Guntersville Chevrolet looking into my problems a few day later. l deeply appreciate his call. He offered and did refund a portion of the oil change, arranged to have a service guy bring me a vehicle to drive and picked up my vehicle and will return it to me when the heated mirrors are checked out. More

Zach lacked appreciation in our purchase. His arrogance and communication towards us as customers was disappointing. While waiting for the financing to be completed, he tried to rush me and my children out so he could go home. Moody had requested we wait for him to finish paperwork and my husband was installing a car seat into our new vehicle to drive home. Compared to other customers, I feel as if we were treated unfairly due to the time of day the purchase was made. We were given the option of a 5:00pm appointment and were there at 4:45. More
