I dread this place I always hate taking my car here. Whether it’s them searching for every problem in your car to rack up a tab or them doing the minimum amount of work I always hate taking my car here. Whether it’s them searching for every problem in your car to rack up a tab or them doing the minimum amount of work possible, there’s always an issue. I had to bring my car in on a tow truck because the linkage broke on my gear shift. My car was there by 10 am & had already informed the receptionist it was being brought there beforehand. I didnt get a call to let me know the car is there, they never even called to ask me what I was bringing it in for, & I had to call 4 different times throughout the day looking for info & was STILL provided with no answers. Apparently my “advisor” had left for the day, even though I had already called twice at that point looking for info on my vehicle. If they were too busy to get to it, all they had to do was contact me & let me know, but to avoid even contacting the customer is horrible customer service. Also, the last time I brought my car there, they told me my entire airbag system was broken & it would be $1,100 to fix. This time, they were able to fix it for free because it was a sensor issue from allowing my dog to sit in the passenger seat! WOW! These people only look to suck the money out of you. I’m actually taking my car to another place to be looked at for the weird noise it’s making when I press the gas, an oil change, alignment, & new tires. For what it’s worth, I’d rather trade in my Kia & never come back to this place than have to deal with them. Oh! Let’s also not forget how my battery has magically been dead TWICE after picking the car up from the service dept when it worked perfectly fine prior to bringing it in. Perhaps the mechanics should take my keys out of the ignition if the car isn’t running & we wouldn’t have this issue. Another $100 for a new battery each time. This place sucks. More

We still own both vehicles, and they are still on the road. Service interactions have all been positive, especially since they moved into their new building a few years ago. We would definitely recommend this dealership as a no nonsense place to purchase a vehicle. More
