I am saddened to say it wasn’t what it should have been. I say this as my last two vehicles are kia’s. I was given a booklet of 6 free service visits. This attendant ripped out the 3 before the current milea I say this as my last two vehicles are kia’s. I was given a booklet of 6 free service visits. This attendant ripped out the 3 before the current mileage and jumped to he masters mileage coupon effectively taking away three other visits. Used mileage coupons after the exact mileage on the first two and no one had such and attitude. Then I asked NOT to roster the tires as I had just purchased two and wanted the newer ones in the rear. Also mentioned my ac switch not working properly and was given a flippant he check it and it worked fine, IT IS NOT TURNING ON THE COMPRESSER IN SWTICH FAN POSITION 1 or 4 or flickers and has to be played with. If this is the beat level of service I can expect I find another place to service my car for good paying dollars. More

Leasing a new Kia Sportage I brought my mother in to lease a Kia Sportage and Jonathan was patient with her as she made her choice.
