My good experience It's always a good experience coming into Kia. My service people were very efficient and courteous. The time I was guaranteed to get my car done was o It's always a good experience coming into Kia. My service people were very efficient and courteous. The time I was guaranteed to get my car done was on time and it’s really nice I was offered a ride back if I wasn't able to wait for my car. My salesman Taylor was very nice and helpful getting a problem resolved. My keys to the car are a problem and he really helped me with the service manager to get the problem resolved. The Finance manager has always stopped to take my questions and is always very kind and professional. In summary having a good car is one thing but it’s the service that makes me want to come back and ultimately I would highly consider buying another Kia and from Taylor. Thank you, Michele More
