The time I was guaranteed to get my car done was on time and it’s really nice I was offered a ride back if I wasn't able to wait for my car. My salesman Taylor was very nice and helpful getting a problem resolved. My keys to the car are a problem and he really helped me with the service manager to get the problem resolved. The Finance manager has always stopped to take my questions and is always very kind and professional. In summary having a good car is one thing but it’s the service that makes me want to come back and ultimately I would highly consider buying another Kia and from Taylor. Thank you, Michele More

I took a long time getting out of the car and a staffer walked over to see how they could help. He then directed me to the service area. I don't have his business card close by, but I think it was Joe who was the service representative. He was very friendly, and explained what would be done. He kept me updated on the timing and the status of the check up. He also was kind enough to answer some questions about how things worked in the car. The hospitality can't be beat. Kia does everything to ensure a customer is comfortable while waiting. The features provided in the waiting area make it a great place to come and hang out. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
